It is our mission at Dream Vacation Travels to listen to our client's travel request and then to make every effort possible to meet that request by recommending a vacation which falls within the client's budget. We will make reservations; confirm all arrangements in writing; forward payments in a timely manner; process documents; and answer any questions presented by the client.
The clients shall be responsible for reviewing the correspondence to confirm its accuracy; making payments on time; reviewing all documents and itineraries when received; reconfirming any airline reservations 24 hours prior to travel; assuring that they have all documents required to travel; and immediately informing us of any errors found.
Dream Vacation Travels has a Travel Consultation Fee of $ 100.00 which is applied to the deposit for any tour or cruise vacation researched. For airline tickets there is a $ 40.00 processing fee for each airline ticket issued. This fee is waived if the airline tickets are issued by a tour operator or cruise line. In addition should travel arrangements be changed or cancelled there will be a cancellation fee equivalent to the commission lost. In some cases the carriers have individual change/cancellation fees in addition to these. Trip Cancellation insurance is recommended as these fees are often reimburseable to the client.
By using this website the customer agrees that the use of this website for travel content and booking of travel shall limit the jurisdiction of the filing of any lawsuit of legal action whatsoever by customer to the courts of New London County, Connecticut. The applicable law shall be that of the State of Connecticut, County of New London, or applicable Federal Law of the United States of America. Dream Vacation Travels shall not be responsible for the content provided by third party suppliers.
